Know I'm going to start sounding like a broken record. You can't.

See RFC 822

<http://www.tac.nyc.ny.us/cgi-bin/rfc?822>

What I think is important for everybody to remember is that email is not
like a word processor, you can't have a lot of the extended character
sets and word wrap functions. While strides have been made in email, a
lot still depends on servers, technology, and standards that have not
changed a whole lot since the 70's. So a lot of what you are asking for
doesn't exist, or only exists on proprietary mail systems and clients.
