Hi Jeremy,
But doesn't the "work around" you suggest negate the ability to use spotlight
quickly and efficiently to find archived mail within the user account I am
using now?

I vote for my suggestions which make sense from a User Iterface perspective.
After all a database file has a name. Why shouldn't the user be able to see
that in the program. Also if you switch databses often having the files appear
as a recent files enu item list would be so convenient. It might require a bit
of user awareness, but at least these suggestions help solve the troubles
created when you forget to switch back to the current correct database after
reviewing an archived e-mail from an archived database.

I have sent this "idea" to the developer years ago, and I am not holding my
breath, but I sure would like to see some forward motion on PowerMail. I still
want it to be my e-mail program, even though all the forces that power us want
html mail to supplant text e-mail.

I'm guessing there must not be many users trying to keep things organized as I
do ;-)

Thanks, and so long for now, TOM
