From a quick glance at the code, `ExecutableQuery` is provided to
implementations of `HostSelectionPolicy` but it's the driver that calls
`HostSelectionPolicy.Pick(ExecutableQuery)` with `Query` or `Batch` objects as
parameters so I don't see an issue in adding `GetHost` to `ExecutableQuery`
