I just got a new system from Dell with a Q9450 quad-core processor, and it is 
repeatedly failing Prime95's torture test. Some times it takes less than a 
minute, other times closer to an hour, but it always fails the test eventually. 
Dell's tech support, however, seems reluctant to recognize that there is a 
problem, because after all, the system has passed all of their diagnostics. Has 
anybody else been in this situation after buying a system from a company like 
Dell? Should I try to convince them to replace it, or try tweaking some 
settings in the BIOS, or just live with it? I've never had this problem with a 
Dell before, and it's putting me in a frustrating situtation.
