The number one suspect here has to be cooling.

1) What is the primary cooler?

1a) How is the case airflow? How many internal case fans, and what
size, are drawing air into the case? How many/size are blowing exhaust
from the case?

2) What is the detected core temp using CPU-Z and/or SpeedFan, without
P95 running?

3) What is the core temp with P95 running? (The answer had better be
65C or less).
