I have just tried this on my PS3 but during the running of the MacLucasFFTW program, `spu-top` or `ls /spu` doesn't show any activity. PPU on the other hand is 100% busy. Are we really using the SPUs here ?
I use Fedora Core 7 , Cell SDK 3.1, gcc 4.1.2, fftw 3.2.2, kernel 2.6.28 my times on that: real 8m33.052s user 8m30.421s sys 0m2.562s bit quicker but maybe cos I it was the only process running and Your PPU was doing sth else as well _______________________________________________ Prime mailing list Prime@hogranch.com http://hogranch.com/mailman/listinfo/prime
