of happily married, heterosexual males, the world of cross-dressing.
WEEKEND MAGAZINE: AMANDA'S STORY/TEXAS PREACHER(PREMIERE)
4AM - 5AM ET/ 1AM - 2AM PT
AMANDA'S STORY-We begin with the story of a girl who longs for something she barely
had: A childhood. That's because many years ago, Amanda and her mother went into
hiding, vanishing into an underground network that has hidden hundreds of mothers and
children from allegedly abusive fathers. When we first brought you Amanda's story,
four years ago, she was 15, and already a veteran of life on the run. As you'll see,
much has happened since then. John Hockenberry reports. TEXAS PREACHER-The townsfolk
said it best: They were good, God-fearing people. Our final story centers on a young
minister and his wife, new to their small Texas town. But excitement over the family's
arrival soon turned to shock -- Because one afternoon, the new minister stepped inside
his parsonage...And into a crime scene. Rob Stafford reports.
HEADLINERS & LEGENDS: CAMERON DIAZ
5AM - 6AM ET/ 2AM - 3AM PT
She was barely 18 when she left home, intrigued by the world of modeling and
determined to be more than just another pretty face. Cameron Diaz has made her share
of mistakes, but she knows just what she wants and never lets anything slow her down.
