Aren't there still issues with Norton? Is it the latest version, with all necessary updates? Disk Warrior needs to be the latest version on CD. I know, I tried the old version, it simply won't read the CD. You have to buy a new version I'm afraid. Check their web site for details. The new version works just fine. I ordered mine as a download, then added the option of them sending me the CD. It took a couple of weeks but arrived in the end.
