Just a note re scan back prices. I've been told that PhaseOne sold off the last of their medium format fit studio kit backs for around 2500, I was offered just 1.300 for my Blad fit item in part ex for a chipped back, ( I declined). The scan back will give a very clean 35mb file which I have found to be visibly superior to those from the PhaseOne.H20. I may not be getting the best from the H20 as its on loan whilst my scan back undergoes yet more repairs and I have not investigated the software's potential It is however quite wonderful to work at a speed which does not allow me to read a book for 6 minutes or so whilst the scan is taking place, its also very easy to get the colour balance spot on before capture.
