Tim... The JPEGs are tagged with EXIF data and they have the sRGB tag.  I
believe that this would be the correct profile if you are using the Normal
or High color options on the camera.... however, if you are using the
Original color option on the camera, I think that AdobeRGB98 is usually
better. It also sorta depends on the subject matter.  I find that shots
where I carefully do the lighting with multiple strobes, AdobeRBG98 is
almost always better, but if I'm doing quick shots with on-camera flash
(such as event coverage, which I rarely do) then sRGB is usually better.
This is just from my experience... your mileage may vary.
