Hmm, I agree that Best on a PC is great, however the Mac Designer Edition is
an entirely different product (or it was last time I checked a year - year
and a half ago). The linearization couldn't be done with a spectro, and if
this isn't possible, it defies the purpose of using it with Lyson inks...

Anybody out there with a BEST on a Mac and an Eye one how have successfully
done linearization's lately?

Agreed on this, it's a good idea to have someone set up any RIP at least if
you want custom linearization. Rip's can be an  exercise in futility until
you get to know them - especially when used with pigmented inks.
