I think that one very crucial thing is missing from your workflow which is "Burn Raw files to CD". The raw files should be treated like negs and touched as little as possible before they are saved to as permanent a medium as one can use - right now that appears to be good CDs. I really think you should renumber your RAW files and save them as first step in process and work from there - that way if you make any mistakes / computer glitches / improved software in years to come you still have pristine Raw files to refer back to. I shoot on Kodak so use PhotoDesk simply to review pictures, throw out any real rubbish, renumber to my system and then save those raw files to CD. Only when I have burnt the CD do I then erase the files from the capture cards and start processing the files. Right now you are copying your Raw files into a Master folder but are then renumbering the Raw files at a later stage which means you will have two sets of Raw files with different numbers. I note you renumber quite late in the process and renumber TIFF and RAW seperately. I would suggest try and renumber only once at an early "root" stage as this cuts out repetitive tasks and reduces the chances of discrepancies between numbers - to differentiate between the same number for different file types ie Raw / TIFF / JPG simp[ly enable file type as a suffix.
