Hello Peter and Georgina

They probably don't, judging from your dreadful experience with them.
Equally, like many conglomerates in this industry with a very significant
market share, they rely on having so many customers that your voice is but
mist in the Scottish Highlands or anywhere else in the world where the sound
is drowned out by complacency and arrogance.

Getting into lawyers generally only profits lawyers, because even if you
win, your time and energy taken up in the process is rarely adequately
compensated. Your only course of action is to take your business elsewhere,
which by the sounds of it will not bother them one bit, but hopefully will
give you some satisfaction of not using their products any more. Of course,
Microsoft have been known to get the steam roller out from time to time, but
you can but try. I wish you both every success.

Kindest regards

Norman
