You're lucky. Some uneducated clients have a preference for lightbox and lupe and fear potential hassles with CMYK conversion, among other things. Most like shooting tethered, etc., but can't quite understand why this should cost them more.
In my experience, it's only emergency plumbers who can charge whatever they like without have their rates questioned!
