I was wondering if any of the ftp users have tips for quick and sustained
uploads, I have been using ftp recently (I have BT broadband) but have found
that firstly I get very diminished upload times during the day and a lot of
broken connections which together mean impracticably long times to transfer
files.
It appears from my conversations with BT that 256 up is the limit unless I
use a dedicated bandwidth (starting at 170/month for the 512/256). Indeed
256 would be ok if I could get that all the time. Any suggestions for
increasing this speed economically?

Thanks as always...

Andy

P.S. Mac or PC
