No or not yet... You can run a basic Color Management set up in Acrobat ( useful for instance ,to tag an untagged file) , and can also set it to No CM, in case this could work for some specific situation.
I still think it's best to convert to sRGB first before preparing in PDF.
Indeed, I would do just like that, a simple PS batch action will do this and you just make sure no major color offset would show up on screen.
