Try making a new account first. If Photoshop behaves properly from that
account you know that something has gone wrong in your original user folder
and you can set about repairing it. If not, the main Library folder is the
culprit, in which case I'd recommend reinstalling OSX via Archive & Install.
Have the 10.3.5 Combo updater to hand and be prepared to wait as a bunch of
other online updates happen.
