Matthew

As previous post i recommend the Lacie's aswell, don't plump for the cheaper
Mitsubishi's, some say they are the same
underneath, but they're not, we initially ordered 13 new Mitsubishi's on this
premise only to replace every single one with a
Lacie. The lacie's are far easier to profile and achieve accurate colour, the
Mitsubishi's were never right from day one.

Also check your graphics card is not up the swanny, I recently had the same
issue with a friends monitor, concluding that
the monitor was duff. After persuading him to purchase a new monitor (Lacie)
we were still getting poor luminance. It was
only after attaching his old monitor to a spare computer did we realise the
Graphics Card was shot.

best
