Jeff- Did you get my email about working with the router QoS times and such? Does the kid know much about computers and networking or the equipment used? If not, maybe route his connection through a crappy old hub box that runs at 100k or 10M or something.... cut his speed by an order of magnitude... <g> Or if you can get access to the computer itself, undo all those things that are normally done to a machine to make it run faster... <g> I tried to google suggestions but surprise - people only want their machines to run faster - go figure.... I'd love to do this at home more to get certain people off their a$$'s... but in my case if I mess around with it TOO much she'll just switch over to all iPhone and burn up her data time.... and heaven forbid that she'd be expected to pay for any overage fees...
