Software like art is in the eye of the beholder.

You may think it is a 10 and your users see a 5.  They don't tell you
because they know that you will run back and fix it again.

When you do software interviews before requirements gathering takes
place you find this little stuff out.

I am working with this ERP system LN by Infor and find it very
complicated from the data POV.  It is not nearly as complex as SAP,
but in the developers hands they want to be.

Currently tasked with EDI and the translation of documents between
ANSI and the native document language in LN BEMIS.

What a rpita !
