Having done lots of tests I can vouch for the fact that even VFP > files are copied correctly whilst in mid update which is excellent.
Devil's advocate mode: is it smart to copy vfp data while it is in mid-update? Don't you run the risk of backing up half a transaction? Are VFP transactions more atomic than I realized?
