I too thought about suggesting this. You could make different snapshots to facilitate testing: + Fresh Vista Install + After SP1 ...etc. And since it is for testing only, revert back to a known snapshot when you are done just in case. I'm going to have to test my app against Vista, too. I have several users using it on Vista already with no reported problems, but at some point I'm going to want to see what it looks like. At that point I'll just purchase Vista and install it on my MacBook as a VMWare or Parallels virtual machine, alongside Windows XP and Ubuntu.
