Any good perm adhesive should have no problems, I'd also echo the seagull 
drivers as they work well for us on TEC printers both hooked up direct and 
driven across TCP/IP. I would go for transfer rather than direct as it will 
take more abuse.

Storage of these is thousands of these folder in shelves much like a
Dr. Office visible files.  Only issue is that the media has to STICK
to the paper as the envelope is slid out and back in  over a few
months.
