I have done what is recommended in the JHP doc to install and configure JHP on Windows XP. At least I suppose I did wel but I am still n a complete dark...

I use IIS 5.1 and did the following :
-----------------------------------------------
It is only necessary to create a mapping from .jhp files to call jconsole.exe

a.. Open IIS management console. Locate the JHP content folder. Right-click|Properties.
b.. Choose Configuration button to show Application Configuration dialog.
c.. Choose Add button to add Application Extension Mapping.
 d.. In Executable, enter "d:\j601\jconsole.exe web/jhp/run %s %s".
 e.. In Extension, enter ".jhp".
f.. Press OK 3 times. Close IIS console.
------------------------------------------------
I uninstalled Apache ( thru wamp5) because I thought it is not necessary to keep it. Am I right ?

When I just start http:\\localhost\ I got the following (sorry for the french...)

------------------------------------------------- Erreur de compilation Microsoft VBScript error '800a0400'

Instruction attendue

/iisHelp/common/500-100.asp, line 19

End
^error '800401e4'
Syntaxe incorrecte

/localstart.asp, line 40

----------------------------------------------------

Is this because my IIS is bad and how could I use another server ? Yes I understand this could be a windows problem but I would like to know if there is someone who used JHP under Windows XP and followed what is in the doc and was successfull.

Thanks in advance;

JC
