I have written a patch to dateutils that will allow for the return of
fuzzy objects (i.e. relativedelta objects representing whole months) for
instances like this. It's on my github in repo dateutil-fuzzy. Joe is
going to work on getting the dateutils guy to accept the patch, meanwhile
I'm working on rewrites of the invenio codebase to accommodate the change.
