After lying asleep for some time, this change has been pushed to afs for
consideration.
It comes in two parts:
the invenio piece is called 431-631-dateutils_first_of_month_change ; this
branch accepts without change any and all dates that appear to be ISO-
formatted. It gates on CFG_INSPIRE_SITE for use of the patched dateutil
with fuzzy returns, which it can then use for correct differentiation of
first of the month and a full month.
the INSPIRE piece is called dateutil ; this branch includes the patched
dateutil that Joe and I worked on and appropriate modifications to the
makefile to install it alongside INSPIRE.
Joe said he can probably test them out tomorrow morning, just for extra
duplication.
