Hehehe.... jadi non muslim itu ga boleh make ayat Quran sesuai dgn interpretasi si non muslim itu.
Gimana kalo orang Islam yg bikin interpretasinya sendiri, ga nurut dgn pendapat orang lain? Siapa yg salah, gua atau si tawangalun? http://www.bernama.com.my/bernama/v5/newsindex.php?id=576913 April 06, 2011 18:43 PM Dewan Rakyat: People Who Abuse Quranic Verses Can Be Charged - Jamil KUALA LUMPUR, April 6 (Bernama) - The government can take action against people who abuse Quranic verses for certain interests and dispute all forms of worship by Muslims in this country. Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom said this followed the special conference of the National Fatwa Council on Dec 3 last year to discuss issues including abuse of Quranic verses. "The muzakarah agreed that non-Muslims who cite Quranic verses according to their own understanding without sincerity is an affront to the sanctity of al-Quran and can cause doubt and slander in society," he told Dewan Rakyat Wednesday. He was responding to a question from Datuk Ibrahim Ali (Independent-Pasir Mas) on whether the government intends to enact legislation so that non-Muslims did not dispute all forms of worship by Muslims like the 'azan' (call to prayer) and the Maulidur Rasul (Prophet Muhammad's birthday) celebration. Jamil said that any person who caused disharmony in society could be charged under Section 298 and 298A (1) of Penal Code (Revised) 1997. "Under Section 298, those who hurt the religious feelings of others whether by words, action, sounds or signals shall be sentenced not more one year's jail or fine or both. "Those who cause disharmony, discord, enmity and hatred on religious grounds can be jailed not less two years' and not more five years' under Section 298A (1) of Penal Code. Jamil said such acts should be stopped immediately to ensure harmony among all races in the country. On the 'azan' issue which led to protest by Muslim residents in Bangsar, he said sensitive issues concerning religion should not be politicised. A non-Muslim resident of Bukit Kerinchi had complained that 'azan' from Masjid Al-Ikhlasiah was disturbing his sleep. "The government is sensitive and take serious steps to protect and defend the position and sanctity of Islam as the official religion of the federation as enshrined in Article 3 of the federal constitution," he said replying to a supplementary question from Datuk Dr Marcus Mojigoh (BN-Putatan) on the ban of poco-poco dance in Perak. Jamil said the matter was subject to the authority at state level as it was decided by the Perak Fatwa Committee. -- BERNAMA [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------------------ Post message: prole...@egroups.com Subscribe : proletar-subscr...@egroups.com Unsubscribe : proletar-unsubscr...@egroups.com List owner : proletar-ow...@egroups.com Homepage : http://proletar.8m.com/Yahoo!
