1 method I use to help prevent the analyzing poly problem:

    While designing the PCB, set the poly grid size to 50.  Everything else,
keep it at what you want.  Your last step before Gerber would be to set grid
size to what you initially wanted, when prompted, rebuild the polygon layer.

Other benefits if your poly's are like 90% of your design file size & its
over 20-40 megabytes:  Working with the grid size at 50 also shrinks the PCB
file size, minimizes .swp access, speeds up PCB autobackups while you the
work, & lowers the risk of system crash, or PCB corruptions.
