Chris,

Ivory II comes as either a package of three grand pianos or stand-alone pianos 
of each model. The Grand Pianos package is the best all-around with 3 grand 
models. The American Concert D is a stand-alone package or you can add it to 
the collection to show up as AAX along with the other pianos. In other words, 
it's very flexible. I'm sure Sweetwater can explain it further. IMO, the Grand 
Pianos package with the German D, Bosendorfer and Studio Grand (Yamaha) is the 
best way to go.

The Ivory folder I attached goes into your Plug-in Presets folder within your 
Pro Tools folder which is probably in your Documents folder.
