Thanks Jamie for the suggestion but I did that already. Now i went and got unclean from the jfwlite page and was finally able to delete everything that i hope was causing the problems. Now my question is should i shut down my screen reader when I install the software again. I'm afraid to do it without knowing the answer to that question. Sharon
