It is if you have a short lead on your external microphone as I do. It still picks up the clicking which really annoys me.

You can, the Type 2, and if you want a lot of storage space it's probably going to be cheaper. The down side is that the PCMCIA card (so I understand) is mechanical and you can hear the clicking from time to time. I gather you don't hear it if you use a Compact Flash card with a PCMCIA adapter. -- Carol ----- Original Message ----- From: "Brian Dalton" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Wednesday, March 03, 2004 9:53 PM Subject: Re: PCMCIA > Hi Manny, > > i knew there was an adapter to convert a flashcard to use as a PCMCIA card. > Can you use a PCMCIA card directly, or do you have to use an adapter to use > a flash card? > > Brian. > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Aregullin, Manuel" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Sent: Wednesday, March 03, 2004 9:09 PM > Subject: RE: PCMCIA > > > > Hi Brian, > > You need a "flash" memory card.
