I have had the same trouble sometimes. I'll put in a brand new cd and get a
drive error. I assume that when I restart that whatever glitch it hit has
cured itself. Sometimes I take out the cd and let it slip back in. Someone
with more moxie can give us an explanation of what is really going on.
