Hi, Disk copy won't work, the only option is to perhaps use the PRS software. There is no physical TOC on the disk.

He said if it wasn't real important that he would just wait if I could. I will let you all know the results if I decide to do the disk copy. I'm trying to learn too many things as once. LOL! I'm so sad with my unit gone. I hope to afford another one some day in case this happens again. My husband and I use it a lot. More than i sure thought we would. I'll get back with my results.
