Okay. I just called tech support and got Ruben. I believe that's his name. He said that I probably couldn't do it with easy cd creator. He said that I could try a disk copy and see if that would finalize it. He didn't know if it would or not. He said if it wasn't real important that he would just wait if I could. I will let you all know the results if I decide to do the disk copy. I'm trying to learn too many things as once. LOL! I'm so sad with my unit gone. I hope to afford another one some day in case this happens again. My husband and I use it a lot. More than i sure thought we would. I'll get back with my results. Sharon
