Note this makes translation more difficult in languages that have grammatical gender, such as Spanish and every Slavic language. If something points to a chapter and you know the first word in the title is going to be the localises word for Chapter, then a lot of times you can get away without know what the translated title is. However if you have no clue what the title is going to be then you have to manually track down what the translated title is. AFAIAA there are no translation tools that present the translated text for you :( And if someone changes the title, then you actually have to manually back track this in the translation as none of the links to the translated title will be marked as fuzzy.
