The REST APIs for repositories in Pulp 3 do not allow a name to be reused between repository types. e.g.: A File Repository with name 'test' prevents a user from creating an RPM Repository with name 'test', even though these are two separate APIs.
Do you agree that the namespace of one API should not interfere with the namespace of another API?
