While I understand your point, we are facing two bugs I think are 0.25 show-stoppers. It would be a shame to release a new minor version which wouldn't fix those, while many people are struggling upgrading 0.24.x installations. So I just wanted to put those two bugs under light so more people could help fixing them... If I was able to fix #2617, I wouldn't even had sent my e-mail in the first place :-) PS: I really don't like doing that: but would it be possible for the members of the list to agree on bottom-posting replies? IMHO, top-posting makes reading threads more difficult. Of course if I'm the only one caring... :-) Note that I don't object top-posting on patch comments which makes sense, it's just for regular discussions.
