Ja, but the problem with that is that it requires a full layout and
renderer, and you might as well use something flexible (and consequently
complicated) such as HTML with CSS.
It should only take a few minutes to draw up a simple stroke-like theme
though - you can use partial transparency, etc. in the theme.png
