As a Django developer and having played with Pylons a bit, I have
chatted about Pylons to some folks around me.  The biggest selling
point of using Pylons over Django or Rails will be connecting to more
than one database at a time as well as sharding.  You cannot get those
those two functionality out of the box from Django or Rails as of
today.
