Joe and Nabih (GOOGLE) have agreed that I will take ownership of the I3C 
upstream work.

I am currently updating the function tests for AST2700 A1 to version 11.00, and 
will then proceed with upstream support for AST2700 A2.
After completing these tasks, I plan to resend the I3C v2 series, with an 
estimated timeline around mid-February.
