As far as I know...LineDesign is written in C. the program you've
mentioned must be an other program ;-)

I was a bit surprised to get a QLib error message myself. On a second look I
was a little hasty. It looks like a QLib error message.
In practice the problem appears to be a ProWesS one rather than LIneDesign
itself.
