I was a bit surprised to get a QLib error message myself. On a second
look I was a little hasty. It looks like a QLib error message.
In practice the problem appears to be a ProWesS one rather than
LIneDesign itself.

Yes, this is an error from Prowess/proforma.
For some reason SMSQmulator doesn't load prowess or proforma.
Debugging this looks like an lengthy enterprise....
