Couldn't install PROWESS & PROFORMA
OK, that does indeed seem to be a problem.
Here they do load (I can see that the "things" are loaded) but can't
be used.
I'll try to investigate that.
Progammes that lock when trying to open a file:
SUQ205N.obj (current version of SUQCESS)
QLDBAS.OBJ (my own frontend for DBAS-files)
BMP.OBJ

Are these compiled basic prohrams?
If yes, can you get at the sources and try the uncompiled version?
Normally, I do not have any problems with Qliberated programs, they
all work ok.

Hi Wolfgang,
As the Internet was down for many hours today, I couldn't reply earlier.
I have downloaded and installed the new version: SUQ205N.obj and
QLDBAS.OBJ (my own frontend for DBAS-files)
can load their dbas-files. But there seems to be another problem still
: When trying to save a file in QD , the editor asks if the modified
file should be overwritiien or not. Now QD saves the file without asking.
