Though ProWesS is GPL, this is no problem when distributing you program.
Everybody can download the ProWesS and install it. I have already explicitly
mentioned this on release of the free version of ProWesS. You should compare
this with a program storing the data in a database. If the program is
commercial, you could still use a GPL'd database.
