OH MY GOSH! IT WORKS
I had to change the cn's to dc's and insert the allow bind_v2 in my slapd.conf and it now works.
So that means that qmail-ldap is not v3 compliant. From what I can tell anyway. Is this the case? Is this a problem and I wonder if this will be in the next patch? That would be good.
