I have changed the ldapserver to 127.0.0.1 and get the same result:
Here are the results of:
/var/qmail/bin/qmail-ldaplookup -m [EMAIL PROTECTED]
init_ldap: passwords are not compared via rebind
localdelivery: on
clustering: off
ldapobjectclass: qmailuser
homedirmaker: /var/qmail/bin/custom_dirmaker
defaultDotMode: ldaponly
defaultQuota: /var/qmail/maildirs
QuotaWarning:
------
You are about to be over your quota. Clean your mailbox.
------
qldap_open: NOT successful: binding to ldap server failed
Is there any way to enable debugging or ldap logging? What else can I try?
Here are the relevant /control files too:
ldapbasedn:
cn=redstarhosting,cn=co.uk
ldaplogin:
cn=qmail,dn=redstarhosting,dn=co.uk
ldappassword:
supersecret
ldapserver:
127.0.0.1
And if I run:
ldapsearch -x -b "dc=redstarhosting,dc=co.uk" -D "cn=qmail,dc=redstarhosting,dc=co.uk" -w supersecret
I get a full dump of the ldap database successfully. So it is a problem with the qmail-ldaplookup for sure.
Any ideas on what to look for or what to try?
Thanks all.
