Or that XEmacs is not an operating system. For that matter, he doesn't even know that there is no operating system named Dos, nor Dos95 nor Dos NT. For someone with such a doubtfull sense of humour as he shows to have welcoming IE users the way he does at http://socha.net/, he seems to be inordinately proud of listing among his "computer skills" Microsoft Office.
