Now, my /var/qmail/control/defaultdelivery is usually ./Maildir/
(not empty)
And if you are using all virtual domains, I don't believe you should ever have anything in locals. All should be in virtualdomains.
What's in your "/var(or/home)/vpopmail/domains/[domain]/.qmail-default" file?
You changed three things in the above paragraph (including restarting svcscan)....you might want to keep an eye on things for a while?
