Thanks Dan, definitely worthwhile input. I don't use any MS products anymore but get the idea. I think (Dan) had touched on this also, about outgoing.
No, I would only use this idea for cleaning incoming, outgoing would go out from the mail server it is being sent from, no need to clean it. It's mainly the spam that I was/am after :).
