services which are done on the server side every few minutes and the
configurations being added into a DB on the web side, which should help
prevent some direct attacks and similar against a tool such as this.
PHP pages that call a C program to do the required task. Right now it's
several C programs (for testing and debugging), but I'm going to
consolidate them into 1 compiled program, much the same way vqadmin runs
now.
